Mark Schuster
Mark S. Schuster, Principal, is responsible for the overall investment strategy of Wingate and its affiliates — a group that has been involved in the successful acquisition, development, ownership, and management of real estate for nearly 60 years. Prior to forming Wingate, Mark held various executive positions with Continental Wingate Company. He served as President of Continental Wingate Capital Corp., Executive Vice President of Wingate Development, and President of Wingate Management Company from 1978 through 1990.

Peter Nowak
Peter Nowak, Chief Financial Officer of Wingate Companies, is responsible for the financial affairs of the corporate entities that comprise the Wingate Companies. His responsibilities include business planning, financial reporting, budgeting, asset and cash management and managing lender and investor relationships.
Peter is also involved in the review of annual and quarterly operating budget as well as financial compliance with HUD, state housing and finance agencies, as well as other lenders for Wingate Companies’ Property Management Portfolio. Eric VanDusen
Eric VanDusen has 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, specifically in development and capital market. Mason Battle
Mason Battle acts as an owner’s representative and liaison for management and maintenance on new Wingate construction and rehab projects. Mason has more than 30 years of experience spanning all aspects of the construction industry. In his capacity as part of Wingate’s Development and Acquisitions team, he holds principal responsibility for new construction and redevelopment for Bedford Pines in Atlanta, Georgia. He is also responsible for new construction value engineering for various other Wingate entities and special projects. John Tatum
John Tatum is responsible for acquiring affordable and mixed-income housing in target markets across the US. He also serves on Wingate’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining Wingate, John led or was directly involved in the acquisition of over 40,000 units of affordable and workforce housing – about half of which were acquired and rehabilitated utilizing 4% or 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits.

Mark Roth
Mark Roth is responsible for originating acquisition and development opportunities for Wingate in its target markets. This entails establishing and managing relationships with brokers, mortgage lenders and equity partners to support Wingate’s acquisitions across the country. Julian Minter
Julian Minter has been building affordable and market rate communities for over 8 years and has completed 1,000+ units. Originally from Radford, VA, Julian currently lives in Atlanta, GA. He is an Army Veteran (Cavalry Scout) who was deployed in 2018.

Michael Keegan has more than ten years’ experience in the property management industry. Henry Lord
Henry Lord has over fourteen years in the property management industry. He is responsible for overseeing the Asset Management of Wingate’s multifamily portfolio, working directly with the Chief Financial Officer to develop long-term strategies for individual properties. Grayson Sallade

Tony Gilberti
Tony Gilberti is a dedicated professional with an impressive journey within the Wingate organization. Joining the company at the age of 16 in 1992 as a cleaner, Tony has devoted his entire career to Wingate, steadily climbing the corporate ladder through hard work and commitment.
Tony transitioned from a cleaner to a Maintenance Tech, eventually becoming the Maintenance Supervisor at Reservoir Towers, one of Wingate's first and flagship properties. Displaying exceptional skills, Tony then joined Marcott Builders, a team of skilled in-house carpenters, electricians, and plumbers exclusively serving the original Wingate management portfolio owned by the Schuster family. Tony has played a pivotal role in handling tasks ranging from routine maintenance to REAC preparations, capital projects, and unit renovations. In recognition of his expertise, Tony was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2010. In this role, her oversaw commercial properties in Newton and Needham, managing maintenance programs and tenant build-outs associated with lease agreements.
In 2013, Tony ascended to the role of Senior Facilities Coordinator, overseeing more than 20 properties across different states, including Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Missouri, and Illinois. His responsibilities encompass a wide array of tasks, from creating tailored preventative maintenance programs to handling REAC inspections, refinancing properties, due diligence for acquisitions, insurance claims, and the coordination of capital expenditures and building rehabilitations. In 2023, Wingate was thrilled to promote Tony Vice President of Facilities. Tony's multifaceted role involves creating, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for major capital projects, annual budget planning, pricing, and implementation as well as being a friendly leader to the entire Facilities team. Scott Rogala joined Wingate Management in 2007 and has been responsible for the Wingate Information Technology team since that time. Scott has more than 25 years of experience in a wide variety of information technology roles, including Corporate Manager of Network Engineering at Partners Healthcare for eight years, during which time he integrated the data networks at Partners, including Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, DFCI, Faulkner Hospital, Newton-Wellesley Hospital, and North Shore Medical Center, integrating 60,000 computer networks to provide network connectivity for critical healthcare needs. Natalia Ochoa
Natalia Ochoa's relevant qualification includes over 17 years of property management experience. She currently oversees 3 senior/multifamily properties in the Miami area, one for which will be going under rehabilitation soon. These properties offer LIHTC, Section 8 and HOME programs. There will be two additional properties added to Natalia's portfolio which are both under construction bringing the number of units to 1,412 affordable units plus commercial spaces.
Prior to joining Wingate, Natalia held a position as a Regional Property Manager responsible for overseeing 8 affordable senior properties with Section 8 and LIHTC programs. During this time, she successfully completed three rehabilitation and partial lease ups and was involved with the construction of a property and its lease up.

Bonnie Parsons
As Regional Manager for Wingate, Bonnie Parsons brings over 30 years of experience with Affordable Housing, HUD and Compliance that she applies to all projects and owner relationships. Her portfolio of 882 units includes Family and Senior Affordable Housing, Project Based and Voucher programs, LIHTC, Tax Credit Blended programs, Market rate as well as commercial. She is responsible for all aspects of property management oversight including personnel development, annual budgeting, cost control, maintenance, capital planning, administrative procedures, preparing for REAC and state inspections and compliance with program rules.
During her career she has spent a great deal of time traveling throughout Upstate NY and Western MA to provide support to staff, properties and ownership. She has worked with the acquisition of new portfolios and development of new properties including substantial and moderate rehabs. She provides exceptional customer service to clients, residents, staff members and industry agencies - focusing on team development and increasing revenue while minimizing expenses.

Ingrid joined Wingate in July 2021 and has been working in the Property Management industry since 2014. Tia Phillips
Tia Phillips is responsible for oversite of Clocktower 1 &2, Cotton Mill, Bedford Green and Royal Gardens in New Hampshire; as well as Cedar Glen, Noonan Glen, and The Hills at Paxton Village in Massachusetts. She works directly with owners and the site staff to achieve agreed upon property results. Tia came to Wingate in 2015 with the SC Merger as a Senior Property Manager and has spent the last 23 years’ managing Clocktower 1 and 2, a historic mill market rental in Nashua, NH. While at Clocktower, she handled numerous property refinancing events involving substantial critical repairs. She also assisted in the lease up of Cotton Mill Apartments, which is a historic mill comprised of 109 Market, Tax Credit and Home units.

Neilie Sequeira
Neilie Sequeira joined Wingate Management in April 2015. She is the Regional Manager of a diverse portfolio including LIHTC, Market Rate and Mixed Use properties throughout Massachusetts & New Hampshire, managing 1200+ apartments in 26 communities. In this role, Neilie oversees all aspects of the portfolio’s operations, including property operations, regulatory oversight, personnel and human resources, staff training, risk management, administrative and financial oversight and capital improvements.
Prior to joining Wingate, Neilie worked at Peabody Properties as a multi-site manager, overseeing a portfolio of communities consisting of affordable and market rate apartments. During this time, she successfully led the lease-up of a property consisting of LIHTC, Workforce and Market Rate apartments. Neilie began her career with Equity Residential, where she worked for 10 years managing market rate apartments in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Neilie has been active with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) for more than 10 years, holding positions at the local and national levels.

Tanya Weeks
Tanya Weeks joined Wingate Management Company in 2016 with 25 years of experience in the multi-family real estate industry. As a Regional Property Manager for Wingate’s Southeast Region, Tanya’s responsibilities largely span from overseeing new property developments of Senior & Family housing, to HUD, LIHTC and Bond financing, to monitoring compliance with government agency standards, requirements, inspections and reviews. Equally important to Tanya’s success is the attention she gives towards supervision, training and mentoring her on-site teams. Tanya embraces a motivational leadership style, which gives owners a valuable management team.
At the beginning of her career, Tanya covered multi-dimensional markets throughout Georgia, Florida, and Texas. These properties consisted of new construction, rehabilitation projects, lease-ups, tax credit and property operations.
Prior to Wingate, Tanya was a Regional Property Manager for Reliant Realty Services, Inc. where she was responsible for six affordable properties from Georgia to South Carolina. Tanya has notable experience with Affordable Housing, Public Housing Authorities, HUD, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
