Chief Operating Officer

David Blumberg has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the property management industry. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for overseeing operations across a diverse portfolio of mixed-use, market-rate, affordable, and commercial properties. He works closely with teams to administer all aspects of property management services, including budgeting, cost control, capital planning, and financial management.

In addition to his operational responsibilities, David provides oversight of key corporate functions, ensuring they work cohesively to support employees, owners, agencies, and residents. He also plays a central role in new business development, evaluating opportunities that advance Wingate’s long-term growth in both new and existing markets.
