Jocelyn Trezzi

Regional Vice President

Jocelyn Trezzi is dedicated to numerous roles & responsibilities held over 20 years in Property Management. She assists the Executive Vice President in the development & monitoring of company & program policies, recruitment, property operations, as well as on-site training for 22 properties throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts. 

She has notable experience with Affordable Housing, Public Housing Authorities, HUD, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Her additional areas of expertise include owner/agency reporting, compliance, personnel development, and lease-ups & tax credit rehabs in various states. Jocelyn respectfully holds strong relationships with Section 8 & LIHTC Departments at Rhode Island Housing & MassHousing.
