Michael Keegan

Director of Asset Management

Michael Keegan has more than ten years’ experience in the property management industry. Michael’s career began with a brief stint in residential property management; however, the majority of his career has been focused on financial analysis and asset management of a diverse portfolio, including affordable and market multifamily properties, as well as commercial properties across the US. 

Michael is involved in the strategic planning and oversees business plan execution for more than fifty assets ranging from new construction to historic buildings. In his role, Michael works closely with all stakeholders and is able to build relationships through constant communication and collaboration.
