Nick Rosa is responsible for underwriting and conducting due diligence for market-rate and affordable housing acquisitions, developments, dispositions, and recapitalizations. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from Babson College, where he graduated in 2021.
