Al Shorette has more than 30 years of experience in property management maintenance. Throughout his career, Al has gained extensive knowledge of facilities and capital projects. He has played a critical role in implementing hands-on training programs for property maintenance personnel. Al began his career as a Maintenance Superintendent with Franklin Square Properties, transitioned to Winn Residential where he became Director of Facilities.
