Mark is responsible for originating acquisition and development opportunities for Wingate in its target markets. This entails establishing and managing relationships with brokers, mortgage lenders and equity partners to support Wingate’s acquisitions across the country. Mark will serve on Wingate’s investment committee and will leverage the deep capabilities of the Wingate operating platform to meet the objectives of Wingate’s investors.

Mark joined Wingate after a brokerage career in leasing and sales at Newmark and Cushman & Wakefield where his team averaged an annual deal volume of 1,500,000 million square feet. In his brokerage practice he advised many institutional clients including J.P. Morgan, Starwood, TIAA , Manulife and BentallGreenOak. He has been an active multi-family investor for over 15 years with Wingate and other local and national operators.
