O'Neil Apartments offers a combination of quality and comfort. This community can be found on 6th Ave in the 12180 area of Troy. O'Neil Apartments offers low income subsidized housing for any senior or disabled person, that income qualifies. We also have 8 market rate (not federally subsidized) units on the 1st floor, that are all handicap accessible. We do accept section-8 vouchers on those apartments. The property/units have just been recently renovated, to a more modern design and we will continue to make improvements/updates in the upcoming years.
