We will be hosting a one-day application intake event on April 2nd from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The requirement is to have an income that’s twice the rent amount.
- Our one-bedroom apartments are priced at $1,149 utilities included.
- Our two-bedroom apartments are priced at $1,378 utilities included.
The income restrictions are as follows:
- 1 person 42,900 Maximum Annual Income Limit.
- 2 person 49,020 Maximum Annual Income Limit.
- 3 person 55,140 Maximum Annual Income Limit.
- 4 person 61,260 Maximum Annual Income Limit.
Prior evictions or felony convictions not accepted.
Please ensure you have each household members birth certificate, social security card, photo ID, six current paystubs. A $50 money order for each application per applicant.
