Terry Maguire
Terry Maguire provides leadership and strategic direction for Wingate’s Compliance Department, managing a team of compliance specialists and subsidy analysts. She is responsible for developing and implementing regulatory policies and procedures across Wingate’s affordable housing portfolio and for creating, delivering, and overseeing corporate training programs that support companywide initiatives. Terry also leads all property transitions, coordinating with department heads and project managers to ensure smooth, timely, and well-organized onboarding processes.
Prior to joining Wingate, Terry spent 25 years at HallKeen Management, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President of Operations and Compliance. In that role, she participated in corporate strategic planning while directing a compliance department specializing in affordable housing oversight and training. She also developed and implemented portfolio-wide regulatory and operational procedures and managed all corporate training efforts. Her extensive experience spans affordable, conventional, and affordable assisted living housing programs.
