Reza Mahban has been with Wingate Management Company since 2011. He is an experienced CPA with professional expertise in the real estate industry for the past 25 years. Throughout his career, he has been recognized by numerous portfolio owners, lenders, and real estate investors for his unparalleled expertise in state and federal regulatory guidelines; particularly LIHTC Section 42 investor and lender requirements. He also oversees the development accounting for a significant low-income housing redevelopment of an Atlanta neighborhood.
