Peter Nowak

Peter Nowak, Chief Financial Officer of Wingate Companies, is responsible for the financial affairs of the corporate entities that comprise the Wingate Companies. His responsibilities include business planning, financial reporting, budgeting, asset and cash management and managing lender and investor relationships. 

Peter is also involved in the review of annual and quarterly operating budget as well as financial compliance with HUD, state housing and finance agencies, as well as other lenders for Wingate Companies’ Property Management Portfolio. In addition, he plays a key role in mortgage financing and rental assistance payment contract renewals. Peter has more than 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, including management, acquisition, development, construction, rehabilitation and operation of multifamily housing, commercial, retail and residential properties.
