Michael Worrick

Vice President of Facilities

Michael Worrick has more than 40 years of experience with maintenance, facilities, and capital projects management. He currently oversees the facility's operation for the entire Wingate portfolio. Mike provides the leadership that sets the standards for routine and preventative maintenance standards, ensures value for all capital expenditures to satisfy ownership, management, lender, and agency objectives. Michael directly oversees all regional facilities coordinators throughout the organization to assure Wingate standards are upheld, all capital projects are bid out and approved, and all projects are followed through to completion.
