Melissa Koseski has more than 25 years of property management experience. At Wingate, she is involved with strategic corporate decisions and new client interactions. She oversees all aspects of a large, mixed-use, affordable and senior housing portfolio, including property operations, subsidy and tax credit compliance, local and government agency relations, personnel and human resources, staff development, risk management, 504 Coordination, capital improvements, administrative and financial oversight. Melissa has an enthusiastic approach to providing exceptional customer service to clients, residents, staff members and industry agencies. Her strong skills in acquisition pro forma, property transitions, annual budgeting, and financial analytics assist in meeting the goals of owners and investors.
