Lori Ricci has worked in the property and facilities management industry for more than 30 years managing large and complex portfolios of commercial, municipal and market-rate and affordable residential properties, many layered with multiple affordable programs. 

Her property management career began at Picerne Real Estate Group where in her 12-year tenure she contributed towards the company’s evolution from a regional housing provider to one with a national footprint and recognition as among the first in the industry to manage privatized military housing.  

In addition, after spending more than a decade in senior leadership roles at the largest manager of affordable housing, WinnResidential, just prior to joining Wingate, Ms. Ricci was the Chief Operating Officer at Rose Community Management (RCM) where she was responsible for optimizing operations and driving strategic initiatives to consistently bring about tangible results.
