Senior Regional Property Manager

Kristen Randle joined Wingate in June 2024 as a Senior Regional Manager, bringing more than 15 years of multifamily housing experience across market-rate, LIHTC, and Project-Based Section 8 communities. Throughout her career, Kristen has advanced through progressively responsible leadership roles, developing extensive expertise in financial performance, operational oversight, compliance management, and team development. Her collaborative leadership style and commitment to mentoring others have helped drive success across diverse portfolios and property types.

In her current role, Kristen provides leadership and support to two Regional Managers while directly overseeing her own portfolio of communities. She is responsible for tracking financial performance, evaluating physical asset needs, ensuring ownership and investor objectives are met, maximizing profitability, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Her focus on operational excellence, financial management, and team leadership helps position her communities for long-term success.

Prior to joining Wingate, Kristen served as a Regional Director with Royal American Management, where she oversaw five Regional Managers and supported portfolio-wide operations. She also held multiple roles with Lloyd Jones LLC, beginning as an Assistant Manager and advancing to Regional Manager. Throughout her career, Kristen has been recognized for her leadership and professional development efforts, earning the Rising Star of the Year Final Achievement Award in 2017 and the Excellence in Training Award in 2022.
