Kelly Young has more than 25 years of property management experience. She oversees Wingate’s Southeast portfolio, which consists of over 8000 units with both market-rate and affordable properties. She is responsible for the overall operations of the properties with an expertise in stabilizing assets, implementation of large-scale capital projects, increasing revenue while minimizing expenses, mitigating liability and risks, and team development. Additionally, she has managed several rehab projects ranging from in place to full redevelopment; working alongside developers, GC’s, and relocation specialists.
