Jon Beauchene has worked in property management since 1995. He has grown his career to oversee properties throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He oversees portfolios with scattered sites as well as single community buildings. His expertise is in affordable housing (LIHTC, Section 8, HOME, HSF, HIF, 236), market and commercial, and working with both for-profit and non-profit agencies, as well as various ownership boards. He has vast experience in occupied rehabs, lease-ups, RAD conversions, and new construction.
