Jocelyn Sullivan brings over 20 years of property management experience, with a strong focus on affordable housing and regulatory compliance.  In her role at Wingate, she leads the RealPage Helpdesk team, providing vital support to both property and corporate staff in the effective use of the RealPage property management system and software products. 

Jocelyn adopts a hands-on approach, offering mentorship and guidance on RealPage solutions as well as Wingate’s policies and procedures. Her collaborative efforts with Wingate leadership on new RealPage initiatives ensure the company remains at the forefront of technological advancements in the property management sector. Passionate about fostering a supportive and innovative environment, Jocelyn is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and compliance across the organization.
