Jesene Godfrey has over 28 years of experience in the property management industry.  As Regional Property Manager for Wingate Companies, Jesene brings a diverse accumulation of experience that she applies to all projects and owner relationships. Jesene’s skills emphasizes a resident centric approach.

Prior to joining Wingate Management Company, Jesene supervised 11 properties in the greater Boston area for WinnResidential. She also has experience working with developers to ensure compliance in the rent ups and rehabs of distressed properties using LIHTC financing.  Over the years her portfolio has consisted of various affordable programs, such as Section 236, LIHTC, Home, SHARP, MRVP, HUD PB S-8, and SRO. This combination of programs has exposed Jesene to multiple compliance requirements and agencies.  Her portfolio has required extensive attention to Owners needs and consistent communication with clients and staff.
