Grayson Sallade

Analyst

Grayson Sallade is responsible for investment activities relating to the acquisition and financing of development projects, primarily for affordable housing. Grayson is focused on the underwriting, due diligence, and all other aspects of a deal. Grayson joined Wingate after serving as a project analyst with Union Station Redevelopment Corporation in Washington D.C. Here, he was part of a team responsible for the redevelopment of Union Station in the early planning stages. Grayson attended the University of Virginia for both undergraduate and graduate school. He obtained his master’s in civil engineering in 2023.
