Brian Bell

Brian Bell joined Wingate Companies in August 2026 as a Project Manager, bringing 15 years of construction and development experience to the team. Throughout his career, Brian has progressed from field construction and superintendent roles into preconstruction, project management, and development leadership positions, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the development process from concept through completion. His practical construction expertise and solutions-oriented approach help drive successful project outcomes across a range of housing developments.

In his role, Brian manages the planning, design, construction, and execution of multifamily housing developments. He collaborates closely with design consultants, contractors, property management teams, public agencies, and financing partners to guide projects through every stage of development. His responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, due diligence, construction oversight, consultant coordination, contract administration, and stakeholder management.

Brian supports affordable housing, mixed-income, and multifamily developments throughout the Southeast, including both new construction and substantial rehabilitation projects. His experience spans LIHTC-funded developments, HUD-assisted housing, public-private partnerships, and preservation initiatives. He is passionate about creating and preserving high-quality housing opportunities that strengthen communities and improve residents' quality of life.
