Bobby Corrigan joined Wingate in January 2019 and has been working in the property management industry since 2010. Throughout his career he has spent a great deal of time traveling throughout the East Coast to provide various levels of support to staff, properties, and ownership in six different states and Washington DC. He has played a crucial role in the acquisition of new portfolios and the development of new projects including new construction, substantial and moderate rehabs. His strengths lie in affordable program compliance, personnel development, and project management. His diverse portfolio includes a wide range of property types with numerous affordable programs, including: LIHTC, Project Based Section 8, PBV, HOME, PRAC 202, and State RAP.
